• A 52% majority of arrests are for violent felony charges (16% domestic, 36% non-domestic)
• Only 49% of violent felony cases have been accepted for prosecution, largely due to the 30% acceptance rate for domestic violence felonies
• Only 9% of violent felony cases have resulted in a Guilty as Charged conviction – 29% resulted in lesser felony convictions

The remaining 62% of violent felony cases ended in either misdemeanor convictions (29%), dismissal (29%), or not guilty verdicts (4%)
