There were 4 reported major violent incidents the week of June 1-7, 2026.  All 4 occurred on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

 

A triple shooting in the 7th District (New Orleans East) claimed the life of one individual and injured 2 more.

 

Other incidents included a nonfatal shooting in the 6th District (Central City/Lower Garden District), a carjacking in the 4th District (Algiers), and an armed robbery in the 7th District (New Orleans East).
