Nonfatal Shooting Incidents: 27 (vs. 28 YTD in 2022; 8 incidents since last week)

Carjacking: 15 (vs 32 YTD in 2022; 8 since last week)

Armed Robbery: 21 (vs. 29 YTD in 2022; 11 since last week)

While it is too soon to make meaningful comparisons across past years, we will continue to make this information available on our website.

Here, you will find neighborhood/district level information, crime maps, and past reports, all of which are regularly updated with new information.  

A note about homicides

While we cross-check our numbers against coroner records, major offense logs, media reports, and any other source available, homicide numbers are subject to change as investigations progress.  Homicides may be reclassified as “undetermined” if the coroner cannot definitively state whether the injury was self-inflicted, accidental, or intentional.  More commonly, deaths initially listed as “unclassified” are reclassified as “homicide” after autopsy.
