Despite reductions in all categories of major violent crime, the 7th District ranks 1st of 8 NOPD Districts on HOMICIDE, NONFATAL SHOOTING, CARJACKING, and ARMED ROBBERY.

Of note, the 7th District has had a -29% reduction in homicides, a difference of 20 and the largest raw number decline of any NOPD District.
